The Lagos State Police Command has announced the apprehension of two individuals involved in a criminal syndicate that targeted unsuspecting passengers by luring them into their vehicles and robbing them. SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the command's spokesperson, confirmed the arrest through his official Twitter account on Thursday.

The arrested suspects have been identified as Folashade Sholagbe, a 36-year-old female, and Seun Oke, a 29-year-old male. According to Hundeyin, the apprehension took place in the Ikeja area of Lagos State after the victim managed to raise an alarm for assistance. The vigilant officers from the Iju Division swiftly acted upon the distress call, leading to the successful arrest.
