BREAKING: Lagos Assembly confirms 22 Sanwo-Olu’s commissioner-nominees, rejects 17

 

In a significant development, the Lagos State House of Assembly has given its seal of approval to 22 individuals out of the 39 cabinet nominees recently put forth by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. This decisive move was carried out during a session chaired by the Speaker of the House, Rt Hon Mudashiru Obasa. He highlighted that the endorsement came about after an exhaustive and meticulous evaluation of the nominees by a special ad-hoc committee headed by the Chief Whip of the House, Hon. Fatai Mojeed.
